The walkthrough
How Voxoth works
From the first ring to a booked appointment in your system — here is the whole journey, step by step.
A patient calls your clinic
Your number stays the same. Voxoth picks up the calls you'd otherwise miss — after hours, when lines are busy, or when the front desk is with a patient. Every call starts with a clear AI disclosure and recording consent.
The agent understands, in their language
Patients speak Hindi, English or Hinglish — mid-sentence switches included. The agent understands what they need: a new appointment, a reschedule, a report status, directions, timings.
It books against real availability
Voxoth checks your PMS or calendar live, proposes actual open slots, and writes the confirmed booking straight into your system. Confirmations go out automatically.
Anything clinical goes to a human — immediately
The guardrail
Symptoms, dosages, "is this serious?" — the agent never answers medical questions. It transfers to your staff, and for emergency keywords it reads a clear escalation script. Non-clinical by design, not by policy.
You see everything
Every call lands in your dashboard within seconds: transcript, recording, outcome, consent log. Reminders and recall campaigns run from the same system.
Why calls are worth fixing
Industry studies consistently put outpatient no-show rates in India around 30%, and a significant share of inbound clinic calls go unanswered — most patients who reach voicemail simply call the next clinic. Recovering even a fraction of those calls typically pays for the system many times over. We'll publish our design partners' real numbers here once we have them — not before.
