Voxoth

Built for the calls that happen here.

Voxoth is a voice AI platform for Indian businesses, built in India, with everything it hears kept here.

A translated product is not the same product.

The machinery that turns a phone call into a conversation is roughly the same everywhere. What is not the same is everything wrapped around it.

A caller here starts a sentence in Hindi and finishes it in English, and does not think of that as switching languages. An outbound call answers to a calling window, a consent record and a registration in the business’s own name. A transcript holds numbers that must never be stored. The person who picks up is on a mid-range handset in a room with a television on.

None of that is a setting you turn on in a platform built somewhere else. It is the shape of the product, and it is why this one exists.

How we go about it.

A number without a source is worse than no number

Every figure on this site says where it came from and the day it was checked. We learned that internally the expensive way: our first set of cost estimates was wrong by three to four times, and by then it had been quoted.

Say what is not working yet

There is a section on the home page listing what we have not proven. It stays there. A customer who finds a rough edge after being told reads it as honesty; one who finds it after a wall of logos reads it as something else.

Refusing is a feature

The dialer that will not place a call outside the window, the credit that stops the calls instead of sending a bill, the agent that admits it is a machine when somebody asks. Those are the parts we are proudest of.

The registration should be yours

Your calls go out on your own carrier account, under your own name. It costs us a simpler pitch and it means a complaint lands where it should.

Where we are right now.

Early, and specific about it. The product places and answers real calls on real Indian numbers, and it has done so in both directions with transcripts, recordings and summaries to show for it. It has not yet been run by somebody who is not us, at volume, for months. We are looking for a small number of businesses who want to be the first, and who would rather be talked to honestly than sold to.

If that is you, say hello. If you would rather wait until there is a case study on this page, that is a completely reasonable position and we will come and find you when there is.

Come and be difficult about it.

Hard questions are welcome and get straight answers. Write to hello@voxoth.com.
